OM-A Koa cutaway
I've always liked the OM body shape and I like a nice Macaferri-style cutaway, so it was high time to put the two together. The appointments are a mix of my style A and style B, but the neck heel joint and volute put it in the official style A category.
The maple binding and light shading give it an simple but sexy look.
The Koa back and sides are always nice to look at and in conjunction with the Englemann Spruce in this instance give an absolutely wonderful sound.
This guitar surprised me a little with more volume and low end than I expected out of the combination.
